"Workshops gives you a taste to help YOU discover or enhance your dance practice" | Stephanie Owen, Lover of Dance

welcome to the workshop page

Let's Dance! But first, here's some information about why you should join a workshop!

we slay, strut, swing…We twist, turn, twirl…And we clear the floor, clean up the moves, and cast ourselves onto the sacred space of a dance floor. in the studio, the stage, or the classroom, the workshop is where you learn in an intesive manner with an intent to learn someting new about yourself, the community around you, and the remarkability of dance. It generates and connects such multi deminsional layers of solo work and team work within one Grand moment through time and space.

Workshops

Pop Up style sessions with rich content

As a Dance Instructor I love leading workshops. It’s a great way to receieve a ton of education in one event. It’s also a way to figure out if a dance style or technique is what your body and mind find to be enjoyable, satisfying, and/or challenging. This can also help refine your expertise in the dedicated dance discipline if you’re a pro. This is a type of dance event that can lead you into the right direction to find your next step in your dance journey.
